Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ClearSpend, Clio AI coaching, subscriptions, credit systems, and account responsibilities.
1. Personal Use & Financial Disclaimer
- ClearSpend is a personal financial organization and tracking tool.
- ClearSpend does NOT provide certified financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing all drafts, parsed receipts, categories, and amounts before saving them to your ledger.
2. AI Coach & Review-Before-Save
- Clio AI suggestions are estimates grounded in your spending data.
- AI drafts never post to your ledger automatically; user approval is strictly required.
- Failed or refused AI generations do not consume credits.
3. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
- ClearSpend Plus is available at USD 2.99/month or USD 29.99/year (prices vary by local store taxes and exchange rates).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Free accounts receive 5 welcome credits; optional rewarded ads grant 1 or 2 credits per completion.
4. Account Security & Prohibited Conduct
- You are responsible for safeguarding your device and login credentials.
- Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or exploiting AI credit systems is strictly prohibited.
- Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of cloud services.
5. Governing Terms & Operator Information
- Operated by Omar Mahmoud.
- Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) and Google Play Terms apply to app store downloads.
