How to split a trip fairly
Create one group for the trip and pick a main currency. Add each bill when it happens: scan restaurant receipts so everyone pays for what they ordered, and split shared costs like the villa or car equally. At the end, open Settle up. It nets every bill and suggests the fewest transfers, usually one fewer than the number of people.
