1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Sakina or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue using the service.
2. Religious Content & AI Companion Boundaries
Sakina provides verified Quranic texts and authentic Hadith collections according to recognized Islamic scholarship. Important disclaimer: Our AI companion Basīr is designed solely for spiritual encouragement and emotional reflection; it does not issue binding legal fatwas nor medical or psychological diagnoses.

Subscription terms and renewal conditions:
- Prices and eligible offers are shown by your app store before purchase.
- Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All rights in design, trademark, iconography, and code are reserved to the developer Omar Mahmoud. Reverse engineering or unauthorized commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
For iOS downloads, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement forms part of these Terms. Sakina grants a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.
