Portfolio & enquiry privacy

This portfolio publishes selected professional information. It does not publish my private contact details or confidential workplace materials.

The enquiry form collects your name, email, service interest, message, and language so I can respond. Please do not include patient information or confidential employer data.

Enquiries are encrypted in the website’s delivery queue. Delivered content is removed within 24 hours of confirmation; unresolved enquiries and encrypted recovery backups expire within seven days. Minimal receipts and hashed abuse counters are also short-lived.

Brevo processes notification emails and my private mailbox receives them. Their email records and mailbox copies follow separate retention settings; the website queue’s deletion does not delete those copies. Contact me through LinkedIn for privacy or deletion requests.

Design, appearance, and explicit language choices are saved in your browser. Enquiry drafts are not stored persistently. Necessary security cookies protect forms. No advertising or visitor analytics tracker is added to this portfolio.

Access to enquiries is restricted to the owner. Short-lived keyed hashes help limit abuse without storing IP addresses or email addresses in rate counters. Enquiry content is excluded from application logs and error reports.
